“On April 4, 2025, we held a Ground-Breaking Ceremony (Ji-Chinsai) for our new business project,
the construction of lodging Villas for the wealthy class.”

We have been interviewed by numerous Media outlets, including TV and Newspapers Company.
Construction began in earnest in April with a target opening date of mid, 2026.
OSHIMA Island in Nichinan-City, which is uninhabited, will be picked up and dropped off by our own Helicopter or Cruiser from main Island of Nichinan-City, Japan.
The Guest Rooms are limited to 7 private rooms and are equipped with a Sauna.
